
Dementia often affects people in their golden age. Such decreasing of cognitive function even can happen in people below 50 year old. To decrease the risk, we need to exercise our brain and applying healthy life style.
Dementia early symptoms are light decreasing of cognitive function like the decrease of ability to learn new thing, hard to memorize recent event, and hard to find appropriate words. In advance level, the symptoms are hard to recognize things, hard to plan an act, difficult to wear clothes, and hard to count the distant.
To avoid dementia, we should exercise our brain actively. Some activities that can we do are: reading, involve in scientific project, fill in cross word puzzle, and other activity that connected with brainwork. Those activity followed by healthy life style and do sport regularly.
